The Foden Flat Truck with Tailboard was introduced in 1947 and subsequently renumbered to 903 in 1954. This model was available in various colour combinations including blue, orange, black, yellow and red between the cab and the chassis. There were two types of grilles used on the cab -- early versions used a rectangular flat grille, while later version were more detailed with lines and openings .
Model #503 was issued between 1947-54 and Model #903 was issued between 1954-58.
