The Dinky #139b Hudson Commodore Sedan was introduced in 1949 and subsequently renumbered to 171 in 1954. The early versions showed small letter print on the baseplate versus the later version showed larger letter print. The Hudson Commodore was available in many two tone colours that included cream/red, blue/brown, green/red, etc.
Model #139b was issued between 1949-54 and Model #171 was issued between 1954-58.
