The Daimler Ambulance was introduced in 1950 and subsequently renumbered to 253 in 1954 where various versions were made.
The model 30h was cream colour with ridged red hubs. Notice the transition in baseplates with or without the model number.
In 1958, the body colour was changed to white and later versions included plastic hubs and windows.
Model #30h was issued between 1950-54 and Model #253 was issued between 1954-64.
