Introduced as model 14a in 1948 and subsequently renumbered to 400 in 1954.
This model was available in a grey and blue body with brown driver and red or blue hubs.
Notice the variances with the baseplate description differences and size of towing hook on some models.
Model #14a was issued between 1948-54 and Model #400 was issued between 1954-60.
